Returns & Refunds
At DRLN, every piece is built to last. We stand behind what we make.
If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
When can you return an item?
We accept returns in two cases:
Manufacturing defect — if your item arrives with a defect caused during production. Wrong size — if the size doesn't fit as expected.
All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Conditions for return
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. All original packaging, tags, and accompanying materials must be included exactly as received. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — DRLN is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
What we offer
Once your return is approved, you can choose between:
Full refund to the original payment method. Exchange for the same item in a different size. Exchange for a different product of equal value.
How to proceed
Email info@drln.it with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if defective. We will respond within 3 business days.
DRLN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
